Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your Arwin products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that at least 50% of the product remains and the item is returned in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@arwin.shop and include your order number. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Please do not send products back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Complimentary gifts or free promotional items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customerservice@arwin.shop. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@arwin.shop.
